Our Story
Thirty years of clinical medicine. One deeply held conviction: your body heals when you address all four foundations of health — together.

30 years of practice have taught Dr. Goodwin one consistent truth: the patients who achieve lasting wellness are the ones who address all four pillars — not just the most obvious one.
Dr. George Goodwin
After three decades as a board-certified internal medicine physician, Dr. George Goodwin developed the Goodwinners four-pillar framework from a simple but powerful observation: most wellness programs address one variable at a time, while the human body functions as an integrated system.
The four pillars — Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep & Mindfulness, and Hydration — are not independent levers. They interact continuously. Poor sleep degrades nutritional choices. Low hydration blunts exercise performance. Chronic stress disrupts hormone regulation and gut health. Addressing any single pillar without the others produces short-term results at best.
Dr. Goodwin's assessments are guided by current longevity and health span research — mitochondrial biogenesis, NAD+ metabolism, sarcopenia prevention, cortisol regulation, and the gut-brain axis — translated into practical, achievable behavior changes for real people.
His rule, in every assessment: behavior change before anything else. The goal is always your long-term health, not a product.
Renee Goodwin
Renee Goodwin brings warmth, structure, and a deep personal commitment to every client relationship. As co-founder of Goodwinners, her focus is on building the community and accountability structures that make sustainable wellness possible.
Renee works alongside Dr. Goodwin to ensure every client feels supported not just during their assessment, but throughout the entire journey — from initial conversation through follow-up and beyond.
Her belief: that the most important ingredient in any wellness plan is a trusted relationship — someone who knows your goals, your obstacles, and checks in when life gets in the way.

Renee leads the client relationship side of Goodwinners — community building, accountability, and the personal connection that makes the four-pillar framework stick over the long term.
Our Philosophy
Every recommendation is grounded in peer-reviewed research. We draw on current health span and longevity science — and we explain the mechanism, not just the conclusion.
A well-chosen behavior change is always preferable to any supplement. We address the root cause first — and only suggest additional support where there's a demonstrated, evidence-supported need.
We operate by a single integrity test: would we make this exact recommendation if we had nothing to sell? If the answer is no, the recommendation doesn't belong in your plan.
